Men's & Women's Locker Rooms & Shower Areas are reserved for members 14 and up. Additional locker and shower facilities are available in our Family/Assisted Changing Rooms for members and their children 13 and under.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break in our dry saunas: Brand new, cedar dry heat saunas kept between 160-170 degrees.
